Re: Common ground
The room was as one would expect. A typical Lev room. He could probably guess which room was his out of one hundred random rooms. It had a nice familiar feeling. Like the feeling of walking into your own house after being on a holiday for a while. Even though he lived in London, he had always thought of Hogwarts as his true home. Because of his friends living here, of course. Even the cat napping on the bed, such a small detail, made it feel even more real. He was actually here and he could stay for a while. He hadn’t realised how much he needed it until just now, when he sat down in the comfortable chair next to the bed.
Vasyl woke up slightly and let out a soft pur, which made him reach out for the cat and pet him softly on his head. In the meantime, he had thought of a plan that could be a nice addition to Alison’s. The other man lifted his head and granted him a smile. ”If that would help you I can even wear my badge”, He chuckled. It was kind of against the rules, but no one had to know that. He scratched through his hair for a second while thinking. ”Both is possible, though I’d start with the boggart. Who knows they need me back in London all of a sudden. It would be best if we get it over with as soon as possible”, He speculated. But it were his classes after all, so he had the final decision on the subject.

Fred, who had sat down on the chair, reached out to Vasyl as soon as the cat woke up because of his owner's presence. One of the few people who Vasyl allowed to pet him without prior approval was Fred. The cat didn't like being petted by most but there were a few exceptions. Fred was one of those. ”If that would help you I can even wear my badge”, the young man responded with a smile and a chuckle. Lev softly shook his head with a small smile on his face. He was pretty certain that wasn't allowed and if anyone was not to stirr up anything at the Ministry, it would be him. ”Both is possible, though I’d start with the boggart. Who knows they need me back in London all of a sudden. It would be best if we get it over with as soon as possible”, he concluded after thinking for a short while about the idea. Lev gave an understanding nod before sitting up straight on his bed. Around that same time, Vasyl stood up and jump to the ground and next on his desk. "I could still ask a student to do that though, duelling with students doesn't seem like the best idea," Lev explained. The gap between someone with years of experience in duelling and someone who was about to graduate was still too big. He would have to hold back so much that he would be unable to give a proper example. "I might be able to set up a dualling class for all years the day after tomorrow but I don't know when I'll be able to get a boggart."

Re: Common ground
Having a duel with Lev would be interesting to say the least. He remembered his classes here on Hogwarts, how tame the practical part was compared to how it was in real life. Auror training had truly opened his eyes when it came to real combat. Of course he would not actually fight his dear friend. But he was kind of curious as to how his own skills had developed over the years, and if they were enough to beat the other. It would also give the students a more realistic image of how a battle was fought in real life. Putting a last year student against a professor was probably very exciting for the younger ones, but Lev would have to hold back a lot, of course.
With him, there would be little limitations. ”I agree, we could give them a proper demonstration, at least”, He said with a nod. He didn’t know what else the man had planned for his class, but he would find out soon enough, he guessed. The day after tomorrow. That should work for him. ”Sounds like a plan. I think I might practise a bit on my own tomorrow then. I wouldn’t want to embarrass myself in front of an entire class”, He chuckled. He was confident in his own skills, but he knew Lev would be a very worthy opponent.
